Warren Lane Homes is ran by two Directors, Harry and Mike who have both held board positions at one of the largest bespoke residential developers in the South West. They have been directly involved in the acquisition, delivery and disposal of over 5,000 units, with individual gross development values exceeding £170m.

The business was incorporated in 2020 with Harry and Mike sharing a vision to redefine conventional homes to provide modern, more sustainable living.  We have undertaken a number of projects across the South-West and the business continues to grow year on year.

Our mission is to create carefully designed, thoughtfully finished, practical homes for the future, never compromising on quality and with our customer at the forefront of everything we do. 

Utilising our unrivalled understanding of the development process, we can often see value where others’ have overlooked the detail.
